Notes for SAVERY (SAM) JERZAK: Newport News Daily Press Tuesday, November 28, 1995 Obituary Sam Jerzak Sam Jerzak, 71, departed from this life, Sunday, Nov. 26, 1995. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife Donna Jerzak. Survivors also include six children, Hank Jerzak, Samie Jerzak, Remona Steele, Debbie Hagan, Jackie Roman, Sharon Ringer, 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Peninsula Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Peninsula Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Peninsula Memorial Park, Newport News.
